Affiliate Registration Agreement

This Affiliate Registration Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between WynTec LLC, (“We”, “Us”, “Wyntec”), a Delaware USA registered Limited Liability Corporation with offices in Texas, and you, as an Affiliate utilizing the WynTec service ("You", "Your", "Affiliate"). You agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to potentially participate in the Affiliate Partnership Program. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering below. As an approved Affiliate, You will be compensated for customer referrals You do that become paying customers of our products; at present, this includes our A2B Data™ product only. Wyntec LLC will never ask you for money for marketing collateral, or other materials. The Affiliate program is totally at no cost to You other than costs you may incur in any marketing methods or approaches you decide to pursue (e.g. USPS mailings, websites). We will not reimburse You for those costs. We may call and/or email You concerning this registration in order to validate your candidacy. We may also contact You regarding product or services information, existing or new presentations, videos, marketing collateral, incentives and programs. We respect the privacy of its users and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the express permission of You or Your company.

REGISTRATION

You must 18 years of age or older. Wyntec LLC is not asking for your social security of Federal Employer number at this time. However, You must be a citizen of the United States of America with a valid Social Security number or have a Federal Employer Number (EIN), often referred to as the tax-id of a corporation or other business entity. Why? Because any future commissions will be associated with these numbers. You must reside within the United States of America. You can only register once. You can only have one account. Self-referrals for affiliate or merchant accounts are strictly prohibited. You agree to ALL the information You provide during Affiliate registration is accurate and is about You. You may not provide the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person or deceive members or other users as to Your true identity. You agree the Company name You provide during Affiliate registration is Your own company or Your employer. The address You provide during Affiliate registration MUST be an actual address. Mail forwarding services, for the purpose of avoiding network demographics, is NOT allowed. An attempt to falsely represent yourself in any way will be considered fraud. Fraud is a serious offense and will be treated as such.

AFTER APPROVAL

You will be assigned an Affiliate ID, a username, and a password. This will provide You access to Your Affiliate area within the Affiliate only portion of the website. After approval, You will be provided opportunities to attend WebEx presentations about the product and the Affiliate Program. Additionally, You be granted access to creatives and resources to assist You in being an Affiliate.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
