Quality mentors are needed across all DataOps domains from Solutions Architects, Data Modelers, Data Analysts, Data Quality, QA, etc. WIth our unique Pod concept of matching resources with projects, your experience allows you to play different roles over time.
What we expect from you up front:
Be a customer advocate and build solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations.
Have open, honest communication that allows you to work as a team, deliver true value-added services, remain customer focused and dedicated to excellence.
Be able to program in at least one data language (SQL preferred).
Be available for pre-arranged meetings during customer business hours.
What we will expect as you grow into the role:
Be well versed in our customer’s business domain. Be able to speak their language and provide true support to their organization.
Be well versed in data management methodologies and be an expert-level data guru.
What Wyntec provides Data Mentors in return:
Flexible, remote work environment for wherever you are in your career journey: moonlighting hours (1099 hours outside of your regular job), part or full-time freelancing (1099 contractor working on specific projects), full time employment (W-2 employee of an entity) or corp-to-corp structure.
