As the Assigned Affiliate who helped market and successfully close a Customer of A2B Data™, you will receive a commission calculated on the Customer’ Usage of A2B Data™. At the end of each calendar month, for 12 consecutive months, the commission check will be calculated based on the number of unique objects the customer processed using A2B Data™. The commission will start when the customer starts paying the subscription fee. Commissions will not be paid during Tier 0 as the first 50 objects are free to the Customer.
Once the customer exceeds Tier 0 and starts paying for the usage of A2B Data™ the commission is calculated at 5% of the Actual Usage of A2B Data™. This allows you (the Affiliate) to see more commissions as the Customer processes more objects via A2B Data™. If the customer terminates or stops using the A2B Data™ the commissions will not be paid during the non-use period. The following schedule is the retail commissions paid to the affiliate. Please note, this is a retail commission schedule and the actual commission amount may be modified due to specific negotiations with the Customer. All modifications in pricing will be documented and communicated to the Assigned Affiliate.
